半导体激光器的最新进展及其应用

摘    要:在最近十几年来,半导体激光器已成为世界上发展最快的一门激光技术。由于半导体激光器的独特性能,使得它目前在国民经济中展现出了一系列的优点,并已获得了广泛的应用。本文简述了半导体激光器的发展历史,介绍了半导体激光器的重要特征,阐述了目前主要的高功率半导体激光器结构。研究了国内外高功率半导体激光器的开发现状,列出了半导体激光器当前的各种应用,对半导体激光器的发展趋势进行了预测。最后,对发展我国高功率半导体激光器提出了一些看法。

Abstract:Semiconductor laser has become one of the most extensively studied and rapidly advanced laser technologies in the last ten years or so, Owing to its unique performances and advantages, it has already widely been used in various fields. This paper mainly introduces the history and the major features of semiconductor lasers, summarizes the commomly accepted high power semiconductor lasers structures. The state of the art of the development throughout the world and the current applications have been analyxed. Finally, the future trends of development are predicted, and some comments are given.
