摘    要:应用复合材料产品代替金属汽车部件,可以有效的降低产品重量,改善产品性能,节省油耗;针对小批量、多品种的汽车部件,例如汽车后举门,采用真空灌注成型工艺可以有效地降低模具成本,改善产品质量,有很大的发展前景。

Abstract:Applying composites to automobile parts instead of metal materials can reduce the parts’ weight, improve their performance and save the cost of oil. For small batch production of the various kinds of the automobile parts, e.g. rear doors, it is promising to use vacuum infusion technology in the production to decrease the cost of the mould and improve the final product’s quality.
