| 摘 要： | 本文结合行业和企业对人才的目标要求,阐述了我院通过高水平师资队伍的构建、高水平应用型实践创新平台的搭建和学生实践创新能力的强化训练等途径,"多元化"构建实践创新平台体系,探索"零适应期"香料香精技术人才培养体系,并取得了良好效果的做法。
