应用Excel进行转轴的强度校核及轴径设计

应用Excel对受力复杂的转轴强度进行计算,对主应力的轴向分布进行数值模拟,并应用强度理论对轴的危险截面进行强度校核和再设计.结果表明,应用Excel可以快速、准确的进行复杂的强度校核并自动进行再设计,提高了设计效率和质量.

Design and Strength Check of Shaft with Excel

Through application of Excel,the strength of complicated shaft was calculated,including the numerical simulation of the axial distribution of main stress and the strength checking and re-design of shaft＇s dangerous section basing upon the strength theory.The results show that the application of Excel can benefit the design.
