| 摘 要： | 针对CO变换系统在操作中出现的超温现象,进行系统分析,查找原因.通过减少第1变换炉催化剂的装填量并更换催化剂型号,使各变换炉的床层温度得到较好控制,基本不再有超温现象发生.

| Abstract: | In view of the occurrence of excessive temperature in the operation of the CO shift conversion system,a systematic analysis is done to find out the reasons.By decreasing the catalyst load in the first shift converter and changing the type of catalyst,the bed temperatures in the various converters are better controlled,with fundamentally no excessive temperature occurring. |
