Abstract:Micro-chemical technology is an interdisciplinary science and technology frontier originating in the early 1990s.The high technology incorporates micro-electromechanical design idea into the basic principles of chemistry and chemical engineering,and includes integrated circuits and micro-sensor manufacturing techniques.It is related to different engineering technology and discipline including chemistry,materials,physics,chemical engineering,mechanics electronics,control science and so on.This technology focuses on the study of the micro-chemical systems whose characteristic length is between microns and hundreds of microns.In this paper,principle of process intensification,research and application for micro-chemical technology were described.
