| Abstract: | This article introduced construction and application of welded pipe production line MES.Pipe production is the coexistence of discrete and continuous multi-stage hybrid production;it is a typical industrial production process,with a long production line,more working procedure,complex equipment and many uncertainties for product flow.Constructing MES can use accurate real time data and optimize the whole production process from order to product.The result indicated that MES can help to fully develop equipment production capacity,optimize production behavior,improve product quality and enhance the level of enterprise information management. |
