Technical Commentary for Pulverized Coal Gasification with Fluidized Bed and CAGG Ash Melting Collection

Pulverized coal gasification technology with fluidized bed and CAGG ash melting collection was a new type coal gasification technology that had a self-innovated knowledge property,author has introduced the gasification principle,technical features for this technology and the structural characteristic of CAGG gasifier;has separately discussed the process flow,gasification index,discharging and disposing situations of the "Three Wastes" and investment situation for gasification plant with ash melting collection under atmospheric and pressurizing state;the result indicates that the new type of pulverized coal gasification technology with fluidized bed and CAGG ash melting collection is suitable for gasification section reformation of middle/small-sized chemical fertilizer and chemical engineering plants as well as suitable for these projects such as carbon supplement of methanol made by fuel gas and coke-oven gas,and hydrogen source supply of hydrogen adding project of coal tar and so on.
