20钢管和1Cr18Ni9Ti钢管气焊缺陷分析及防止措施

摘    要:对20钢和1Cr18Ni9Ti钢钢管进行水平固定加障碍气焊,焊接后按JB/T 4730—2005标准对焊缝进行100%射线检测,结果发现形成的缺陷有:未焊透、气孔、裂纹、内凹。对这些缺陷形成的原因进行了详细的分析,并给出了切实可行的改进方法。对气焊后的异种钢管进行了热处理,做了拉伸、弯曲等力学性能试验,试验结果满足标准要求,焊接接头质量良好,证明了对异种钢管气焊缺陷形成的分析及防止措施是正确的,有针对性的。

Abstract:According to JB/T4730—2005,the 100% radiographic inspection for weld was performed after welding.The result showed that the incomplete penetration,gas pocket,crack and inner concave are defects generated during gas welding process of 20 steel and 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel pipe,this article detailedly analyzed forming reasons of these defects and proposed feasible improvedmethods.Finally,the heat treatment to dissimilar steel pipe after gas welding was carried out,as well as mechanical properties tests,such asstretching and bending test.The tests results achieved standards requirements,it showed the quality of welding joints was good,and proved that the analysis and preventive measures for gas welding formation were correct and pertinent.
