摘    要:通过对新型急冷换热器进行工艺和结构特性研究、强度试验、有限元应力分析以及CFD模拟,开发出了工艺性能优良、结构安全可靠和裂解气处理量大的新型急冷换热器.

Abstract:Basing on the technology and structural property of the heat exchangers,and the strength testing and the finite element stress analysis and CFD simulation,a newly-developed heat exchange for rapid cooling was presented.It outperforms others in the technology,structure safety and treating capacity of cracking gas.
