摘    要:研究了电镀污泥中重金属的浸出方法,对几种常用的浸出剂进行对比实验,最终选定硫酸作为浸出荆,并确定最佳漫出工艺条件:污泥细度为100目,每2 g污泥溶解在10 mL、pH值为1.5的硫酸溶液中,常温下振荡1.5 h.在该奈件下,污泥中重金属Cu,Ni,Zn,Cr的浸出率最高,均迭95%以上,为后续回收工艺奠定了较好的基础...

Abstract:The methods for leaching heavy metals from electroplating sludge were investigated and compared.Finally,H_2SO_4 was selected as the leaching agent,and the optimal leaching conditions were also determined:particle size100 meshes,every (2 g) of sludge is dissolved in 10 mL,pH value 1.5 of sulfuric acid solution,and oscillating time is 1.5 h under normal temperature.Under these conditions,maximum leaching rate of Cu,Ni,Zn and Cr can be obtained,which can reach more than 95 % for each of them,laying a better fo...
