摘    要:利用计算流体动力学方法,研究了不同雷诺数下,几何尺寸对螺旋槽管传热及阻力性能的影响,结果表明,螺旋槽管在凸肋部前后产生了二次涡流,由螺旋形槽道形成的旋流都对边界层形成了扰动,传热性能得到了提高,同时也增加了阻力.在雷诺数相同时,槽越深,换热性能越好.同时流动阻力也有所增大;螺距、槽半径越大,换热效果降低,流动阻力也随之...

Abstract:Based on the computational fluid dynamics,the impact of Reynolds number and the geometry size of the tubes on heat transfer and flow resistance of the spiral-grooved tube were investigated.The simulation results show that the secondary vortex flow can appear around the protrude structure,the rotational flow created by grooved channel can disturb boundary layer,this can improve heat transfer and increase the flow resistance.The same Reynolds numbers can give deeper grooves a better heat-exchange performance and increased flow resistance,but the greater fin pitch and trough radius can decrease heat exchange effect and flow resistance.Compared with the smooth tubes,the maximum Nu of spiral-grooved tube is 2.21 times that of the smooth tube,and the maxi.η of spiral-grooved tube can reach 1.27.
