摘    要:介绍了FFX成型技术的先进性,论述了FFX成型机的主要特点。FFX成型相对排辊成型其生产焊管品种和尺寸范围更大,并实现了粗成型水平辊和4架立辊群完全兼用化的成型技术,其合理的成型量分配,提高了成型的准确性和稳定性,降低了精成型负担,且设备自动化高,生产操作容易掌握,较之排辊成型技术,提高了焊管质量。对我国建设大型HFW机组提出了几点看法,认为,建设大型HFW机组一定要坚持质量第一的方针,建议采用单卷生产工艺和接触焊接工艺,降低能源消耗,并提高全线自动化换辊功能,高度重视精整线设备选型及生产能力的匹配和设备平面布置,提高焊管产量和质量。

Abstract:This article introduced the advancement of FFX forming technology,as well as main characteristics of FFX forming equipment.The variety and dimension of welded pipes which were produced by FFX forming were greater than those produced by row-roll forming process,and it realized completed dual-purpose usage in forming technology of roughness forming horizontal roll and 4 set of vertical rolls.The reasonable forming capacity distribution increased forming accuracy and stability,reduced the burden load of finishing forming;it possessed high level automatic equipment,it was easy to master production operation,and improved welded pipe quality.It put forward that construction large-scale HFW unit in China should adhere to quality is the first,adopt single coil and touch in welding process,and reduce power consumption,increase the function of changing roller in production line,pay great attention to equipment selection and production capacity match,as well as equipment layout.
