| Abstract: | By taking Abu Dhabi Crude Oil Pipeline Project(ADCOP hereinafter) as an example,this article introduced commonly used anticorrosive method for the buried ground long-distance transportation oil and gas pipeline,detailedly analyzed familiar quality problems and preventive measures in long-distance oil and gas pipeline coating from several aspects,such as pipe external surface coating process,transportation coated pipes,stacking and display pipes,pipeline coating and repairing,repairing process,quality inspection control procedure,and quality control of coated pipe lowering and backfilling.The practice proved that firstly to conduct protective coating to long-distance oil and gas pipeline,and then to do cathodic protection can effectively control corrosion of buried ground pipeline and enhance safety of long-distance oil and gas pipeline. |
