摘    要:HFW焊管生产中焊接挤压力是影响HFW焊管焊接质量的主要因素之一,宝钢HFW焊管厂通过长期的生产实践,对焊接时的挤压力严格控制,使焊管的性能,特别是焊缝的冲击韧性得到了保证.通常意义上,焊缝冲击功能够达到母材或者是管体的70%~80%,已经被认为是很优良.如果采用合适的挤压力,通过合理的工艺匹配,使得最终生产钢管的焊缝...

Abstract:Welding squeezing force is one of the most important effect factors in HFW pipe welding quality during production.Baosteel HFW pipe factory strictly control welding squeezing force during long-term production practice,it can guarantee steel pipe property,especially for weld impact toughness.Usually,it is considered to be excellent that the weld impact energy is close to 70%~80% that of the pipe body.If adopting suitable squeezing force and reasonable matching process to make weld impact energy is the same with that of base metal,so such HFW pipes can meet the requirements under the severe service condition.
