| 摘 要： | 根据我国目前焊管企业中无损检测质量管理现状,详细分析了影响无损检测质量的各种因素以及存在的问题,并且从PDCA循环的应用、质量改进工具的应用和人员培训等方面提出了解决问题的具体措施.建议各焊管企业以全面质量管理为理论依据,构建焊管无损检测的全面质量管理体系,以提高油气输送管道的安全性、可靠性及其使用寿命.

| Abstract: | According to the current situation of NDT quality management in Chinese welded pipe enterprises,it detailedly analyzed all kinds of effect factors and existent problems in this paper,and put forward concrete solutions from the aspects of PDCA cycle application,quality improvement tools utilization and personnel training.It suggests that welded pipe enterprises should establish TQM system of NDT based on total quality management,this will improve security,reliability and service life of oil and gas transmitting pipeline. |
