摘    要:针对锅炉三通的焊缝及其影响区的应力分布情况,提出了采用ANSYS软件建模分析预测的新思路,建立了三通应力分布模型,并与实际三通焊缝的损坏开裂情况进行对比计算.结果表明,通过ANSYS软件建立的三通模型在沿焊接热影响范围的大应力区与实际统计的三通损坏开裂情况基本一致;并利用ANSYS的通用后处理时三通应力沿厚度方向进行映...

Abstract:Considering the stress on welded tee joint of the boiler piping and its impact zones,ANSYS was proposed to model and forecast the result,and a stress distribution model was established and compared with actual weld cracking on boiler piping tee.The results show that,in heat-affected areas along the major stress zone,what the model expressed complies with the actual cracking there;and the ANSYS-based general post-processing module can map the stress along the piping tee thickness,and can linearly process and assess the piping tee and its remaining work life
