喷洒塔性能的研究

摘    要:在内径475mm的有机玻璃塔内,采用两种不同口径的实用空心锥压力喷嘴,对喷洒型气液接触过程的流体力学和传质特性进行测定。研究了空气、氨-水吸收系统的传质速率,得到每个喷头所相当的气相总传质单元数与气、液流速及喷洒高度之间的关联式。还根据试验数据对壁流问题进行了探讨,指出当采用空心锥喷嘴时,喷洒塔内的壁流效应不可忽视。


A Study on Performance of Spray Towers
Abstract:The characteristics of hydrodynamics and mass-transfer for gas-liquid contacting process were measured in a spray tower of i. d. 475mm with two commercial hollow cone nozzles of different orifice size. The mass-transfer rate of air, ammonia-water absorption system was studied. Correlations of the numbers of overall transfer unit with the velocities of gas and liquid phases and the spray heights were obtained for each nozzle. Based on the experimental data, the wall effect was discussed. It was proposed that the wall effect should not be neglected whenever hollow cone nozzles were used.
