| 摘 要： | 龙头企业用技术作为投资对产品整合是企业制度创新的形式之一,整合的基础是对投入的技术合理定价。文中对技术价格的关键参数(折现率与技术分享率)进行了量化分析。

| Abstract: | The backbone company integrates products relying on technology as investment is one of the way innovating enterprise's system.The proper technology price is the base of integrating products.This paper gives quantitative analyses of the key parameters of technology price,such as discount rate,licensor's share licensee's profit. |
