基于LabVIEW的CAN总线重卡AMT数据采集系统设计

摘    要:在研制重卡AMT过程中需要对车辆的转速、档位等运行参数进行实时监测,为此设计了一种CAN总线数据采集系统,其下位机采用DSP CPLD来完成车辆的动态实时信号的采集,上位机采用LabVIEW USBCAN接口卡完成接收、存储数据,并采用了一种动态多周期测量方法进行高精度测速.试验结果表明该系统稳定、可靠,为研究人员提供了一个可视化监测平台.

Abstract:A kind of CAN bus data acquisition system was designed to detect the vehicle parameters when developed heavy truck AMT system. The lower computer composes of DSP and CPLD, which collects the dynamic real-time data of vehicle, the upper computer composes of LabVIEW and USBCAN card, which receives and saves data. A high precision dynamic multiple period method was used to measure the rotating speed. Test result indicates that the data acquisition system is accurate and credible. It provides a visible detect platform for researchers.
