“人的全面发展”的实践理念

实践理念与基础理论相比,具有更加鲜明的现实针对性和指导性,人的全面发展由理论到现实必须经过实践理念这个环节,而科学的实践理念的建立又必须依赖于对实际情况的正确判断.马克思、恩格斯的人的全面发展理论仍然是推进我国现阶段人的全面发展的基本理论依据,但我们必须根据我国的实际国情制定科学的实践理念,为此必须立足于社会主义初级阶段,以"三个代表"重要思想为指导,坚持"两个过程"的辩证统一和"三个文明"一起抓的基本方针,切实有效地开辟人的全面发展的现实道路.

Practice Theory on the Overall Development of People

Compared with basic theories, practice theories possess clearer realistic pertinence and guiding quality. Human's overall development must undergo the stage of practice theory when it develops from theory to reality, whereas the establishment of scientific practice theory must depend on the correct judgment of the actual situation. The Marxist theory on human overall development is still the fundamental basis to promote the present human overall development in China. Nevertheless, we must make scientific practice theory according to the actual situation of China. Therefore, to develop effectively the realistic ways for human overall development, we must stick to the primary stage of socialism theory, the guidance of "three represents", and the basic policy of dialectical unity of "two-processes" and paying the same special attention to the "three civilizations".
