白银含铜废石生物柱浸试验研究

摘    要:以白银矿区存有的大量含铜废石为研究对象,采用生物柱浸法对其进行浸出试验研究。结合白银废石铜矿特点与细菌浸出特性,分别研究不同矿样粒度,浸矿菌种,浸矿温度以及浸出时间等对浸出结果的影响。研究结果表明,采用BioMetal SM-3中等嗜热嗜酸菌浸出白银废石堆矿样是可行的,可在较短的浸出时间(190d)内获得较高的铜浸出率(-15mm粒级Cu浸出率>60%)。通过对比不同矿样粒度对金属浸出率与矿柱稳定性的影响,在工业应用时,为保证矿堆的稳定性和金属浸出速率,建议将矿石破碎到-20 mm粒级然后筑堆。。本试验研究所取得的试验参数揭示了白银含铜废石生物浸出规律及过程控制因素,对白银含铜废石采用生物堆浸工业生产具有指导意义。

Abstract:The column bioleaching of waste copper ore in Baiyin mine was studied. The results showed that the bioleaching of waste copper ore using moderate thermoacidophile BioMetal SM-3 was feasible. And the high copper extraction (>60%) was obtained for size of -15 mm after bioleached for 190 days. The research of different ore size on metal leaching rate and column stability also was done. The results showed that the ore size of -20 mm was optimal for obtaining high metal leaching rate and column stability in industrial heap bioleaching process, which was of certain guiding significance for Baiyin waste copper ore.
