基于LabVIEW的3-UPS-1-PS并联机构控制系统设计

摘    要:提出了一种以并联机构3-UPS-1-PS为结构基础的汽车薄板件柔性可重构夹具控制系统。使用LabVIEW对并联机构经行编程控制,通过调整并联机构动平台位姿,改变了原有的固定式平台车身骨架总成。实现焊装夹具结构的柔性化,标准化和设计模块化,提高了焊装夹具设计效率,缩短生产准备周期。

Abstract:A parallel mechanism 3-UPS-1-PS for structural automotive sheet of flexible reconfigurable the fixture control system. Using LabVIEW parallel institutions controlled by the line programming,the moving platform position and orientation by adjusting the parallel institutions,changing the fixed platform body frame assembly. Flexible welding fixture structure,standardization and modular design, to improve the efficiency of the welding fixture design to shorten the production preparation period.
