预应力张弦梁结构的施工过程控制研究

文章结合常州工学院体育馆平面张弦梁钢屋盖结构,对施工过程中的关键技术问题进行研究。主要解决在施工中如何准确方便地建立预应力效应,防止张弦梁的出平面失稳,控制张弦索张拉时上弦梁和下弦梁的自由出平面位移等技术难题,同时进行相应测试,以保证工程质量。

Study on the Construction Control of Prestressed Beam String Structures

Combined with the plane beam string structure of the steel roof,the problems in the constructing process are studied in this paper and some difficult technical problems are solved,mainly including how to establish the prestess effect in order to prevent the outside-plane instability and control the free outside-plane displacement of the up-string and down-string cable when cables are tensioned.At the same time,structural deformation test should be carried out to guarantee the project quality.
