| 摘 要： | 造纸黑液由于量大、COD高,是造纸废水中的主要污染源,未经处理的黑液对环境会产生极大的危害.利用未经任何处理的麦草碱法制浆蒸煮黑液制备铬鞣剂,利用制得的铬鞣剂进行鞣制实验,选出最佳制备工艺.从鞣制的效果、制备铬鞣剂的经济效益、对环境的益处等方面进行分析,得出利用黑液制备铬鞣剂是可行的.

| Abstract: | Because of the large quantity and high COD value, the black liquor of paper making industry is an important source of environmental pollution. In this paper, the black liquor coming from alkaline pulping and without any disposal was utilized to prepare chromium tanning agent. Tanning experiment using the prepared chromium tanning agent was done to choose the best process of preparation of chromium tanning agengt. The result of tanning, the economic efficiency, the benefit to enviroment of the preparation of chromium tanning agent uitilizing the black liquor are analysed. It is proved that utilizing black liquor to prepare chromium tanning agent is feasible. |
