基于MCS的实时采集数据存储设计

摘    要:在现场数据采集与存储中,往往有数以万计的采样点数据需要采集与存储,但是传统存储器无法保证大量数据采集与存储的可靠性。如何保证这些现场数据的可靠存储是测量仪器设计中的关键问题之一。本文设计了不同于传统结构的基于MCS的智能仪器大量数据存储方法,并采用82C55A设计了一种通用存储模块,此模块成本低廉,运行可靠,硬件兼容性好,为嵌入式测控系统的数据采集与存储提供了很好的解决方案。

Abstract:Large volume of data needs to be collected and stored in real-time field data acquisition. Tradi- tional storage device can not do it reliably. How to store large volume of data reliably is one of the key issues of instrument design. This paper puts forward a large volume data storage method for smart device based on MCS which is different from traditional architecture. 82C55A is used to design a general-purpose storage module. This module has low cost, can operate stably, and has good hardware compatibility. It provides a resolution for data acquisition and storage in embedded measurement and control system.
