摘    要:扭振是轧机普遍存在的问题,也是轧机改造中的一个关键问题。轧机在改造后因输出功率和转矩增加,系统动态性能的提高,扭振将为得非常严重。本文结合攀钢1450轧机改造工程,阐述和分析了轧机扭振的计算和抑制方法。

Abstract:Torsional vibration is a common trouble to all rolling mills, and a key problem in technical reform of rolling mill as well. Since power and torque of reformed rolling mill are increased and its dynamic performance is improved, torsional vibration gets more serious. Combined with technical reform project of 1450 hot strip mill of Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group)Co, the methods of calculation and restraint for torsional vibration ofrolling mill are described and analyzed.
