| 摘 要： | 通过实例验证了基于BIM技术研究建立的混凝土结构耐久信息管理与应用平台可以进行混凝土结构全生命期耐久信息管理、结构耐久性设计审核、结构耐久性分析及安全评估。研究成果为建筑工程耐久性设计、审核、分析、评估和维护信息的管理提供了更加智能高效的途径,也为BIM技术在建筑工程物业管理和修复加固方面的应用提供参考。

| Abstract: | It is proved by a case study that the integrated computer platform can facilitate the expression, integration, storage, abstraction, exchanging, application and management of life cycle structure information. The deliveries of this paper supply an more intelligent and efficient approach for the information management of the design, verification, analysis, assessment and maintenance of the structure durability, and contribute to the further study on BIM implementation in the fields of facilities management and renovation. |
