基于STM32的蓄电池检测系统

摘    要:随着电池工业生产的规模化,电池测试设备的需求也日益增长。介绍一种以STM32微处理器为核心的阀控式密封铅酸电池(VRLA)循环寿命自动检测系统。用户在系统的PC客户端完成测试参数设置,系统按照设置自动对电池的各项数据进行采集和存储,并根据采样的数据计算和分析电池的各项性能。系统通道多,通用性强,经实际使用表明设备运行稳定,结果精确可信,达到设计要求。

Abstract:With the large-scale industrial production of batteries,the more battery testing equipment is also demanded.A Valve-Regulated Lead Acid Battery(VRLA) cycle life automatic testing system based on STM32 microprocessor is introduced.After users complete the testing parameters on the PC software,the system collects and storages batteries data automatically by setting,then calculates and analysis the parameters of batteries according to the sampling data.The system has Multi-channels,versatility,and the practical results show that the equipment is stable,and results are accurate and reliable,and it achieves the design requirements.
