抗裂防渗合成纤维楼屋面结构工法与工程施工管理应用

摘    要:聚丙烯合成纤维能有效改善混凝土的抗裂防渗眭能。《聚丙烯纤维混凝土现浇楼屋面结构抗裂防渗施工工法》在预拌混凝土已双掺粉煤灰、早强缓凝剂的基础上掺入聚丙烯纤维和低碱膨胀剂,并采用先进施工工艺和技术措施,较好地解决了现浇钢筋混凝土楼屋面等结构裂缝和渗漏的难题,适用于工业与民用建筑钢筋混凝土现浇抗裂防渗地下、地上结构。

Abstract:Polypropylene synthetic fiber can effectively ameliorate the anti-crack and anti-seepage performances of concrete. Anti-seepage Construction Method of Polypropylene Fiber Concrete Cast-in-place Roof Structure well solves crack and seepage problems of cast-in-place reinforced concrete roof by adding polypropylene fiber and low-alkali expansion agent into premixed concrete after double mixture of powdered coal ash and early-strengthening retarder and using advanced construction process and technical measures. It is applicable to anti-crack and anti-seepage underground and overground structures of cast-in-place reinforced concrete industrial and civilian buildings.
