| 摘 要： | PASSIM卷烟机在生产过程中存在烟支重量波动大的问题。在分析平准器工作原理后，对平准器进行了改进设计，增加深沟球轴承和压板，减小劈刀盘平面波动量和劈刀盘变形。改进后，烟支重量波动得到了明显改善，满足产品的工艺要求。

| Abstract: | The PASSIM cigarette maker was li- able to produce cigarettes with defects, such as broad fluctuation of cigarette weight. By analyzing the working principle of Ecreteur, some improve- ment on the ecreteur with adding a deep groove ball bearing and a clamp plate so as to reduce the fluctuation and the deformation of denser end disc. After that, the fluctuation of cigarette weight is obviously improved and can meet the technological requirements. |
