| 摘 要： | 探讨了闪光扁平聚酯纤维与棉混纺纱的生产工艺。根据闪光扁平聚酯纤维的性能特点和纺纱实践，分析了影响闪光扁平聚酯纤维成纱质量的主要因素。针对闪光扁平聚酯纤维纺纱静电现象严重的问题，对各工序的工艺配置进行了优化，优选了纺纱配件，采取严格控制相对湿度等技术措施，提高了成纱质量。

| Abstract: | Production processing of iridescent flat polyester and cotton blended yarn was discussed. According to characteristics and spinning practice of iridescent flat fiber, the influences of iridescent flat polyester on yarn quality were analyzed. For electrostatic phenomena of iridescent flat polyester in spinning was serious, processing configuration in each process were optimized, spinning fittings were chosen carefully and technology measures of relative humidity were controlled strictly so as to improve yarn quality. |
