拉丝工艺技术的发展及程序设计

摘    要:介绍我国拉丝工艺技术的发展过程。叙述拉丝理论研究的状况,拉丝专业的理论计算主要有3个影响因素:拉拔金属的原始性能;拉拔变形后增加的强度;拉拔加工所需的功率。汇总有关计算公式,用Visual Basic编程软件生成exe格式的应用软件在Windows中运行,首先推算所需原料的直径和强度;再用推断变形总压缩率和道次分配计算出道次压缩率;最后选取合适的公式计算拉拔加工所需功率。在程序中调整碳含量、总压缩率和拉拔道次可生产出拟定的不同强度钢丝。对结果数据制定了修正系数,使修正后的结果符合实际。

Abstract:To introduce the development process of China wire drawing industry. The condition of wire drawing theory re- search is narrated. There are three factors in wire drawing specialty theory calculation, original properties of steel wire, adding strength after drawing deformation, the power needed in wire drawing. Related calculation formula is collected. The application software of exe format produced by Visual Basic programming software runs in Windows. Firstly the diameter and strength needed is calculated, then pass compression ratio is calculated with deduced deformation total compression ra- tio and distributed pass, at last needed power is calculated by choosing proper formula. The given extra-low, extra-high strength steel wire can be produced by adjusting carbon content, increasing and decreasing total compression ratio and ad- justing wire drawing pass in program. Correction factor is established to result data, which make the result after correction correspond with actual data.
