| 摘 要： | 针对企业部门技术资料管理混乱的现象，文章以windows操作系统为运行平台，Lotus Domino／Notes作为系统的开发工具，设计开发了企业部门虚拟图书馆技术资料管理系统，具有技术资料扩展的无纸化申请、审批，输入查询信息共享等功能，为企业部门技术资料的管理开辟了新的途径。
