低熔点聚酯的合成与性能研究

摘    要:通过共聚反应在PET大分子链中引入第三组分、第四组分合成低熔点聚酯,对合成的低熔点聚酯 的结晶性能、热稳定性和流变性能进行了研究。结果表明:引入第三组分(间苯二甲酸)、第四组分(丁二醇) 可以降低聚酯的熔点,当第三组分的添加量为20%(占所有二元酸的摩尔分数),第四组分的添加量为35% (占所有二元醇的摩尔分数)时,可以得到熔点为110℃的低熔点聚酯,而且所得的低熔点聚酯结晶性能、热 稳定性较好,其流体属于非牛顿型假塑性流体。

Abstract:A low-melting point polyester was synthesized by introducing third and fourth components into polyester macromolecule during copolymerization. The crystallization behavior, thermal stability and rheological behavior of the low-melting point polyester were studied. The results showed that the introduction of the third( isophthalic acid) and the fourth( butanediol) components can reduce the melting point of polyester. The obtained polyester had the melting point of 110℃ when the mole ratios of the third component and the fourth component was 20% to the total diacids and 35% to the total dihydric, respectively. The obtained low-melting point polyester, whose melt belonged to non-Newtonian pseudoplastic fluid, had good crystallization behavior and thermal stability.
