摘    要:针对川南二里场构造Φ311.2 mm井眼垮塌严重,以往均采用提高钻井液密度来维持井壁稳定,严重制约了钻井速度的提高。为此,介绍了研究和实施三强聚合物钻井液在该井段的应用情况。实钻表明,该钻井液极大地延长了无固相钻井液的使用时间和井段,低固相钻井液密度也得到了有效控制,从而较好地解决了井壁稳定和钻井液密度的矛盾,显著地提高了钻井速度。

Abstract:Aiming at the situation of severe collapse for Φ311.2 mm borehole in Erlichang structure, it was used to increase the density of drilling fluids to keep the stability of the bore walls in the past, which seriously restricts the penetration rate improving. The article introduces the study and application of the polymer drilling fluid with strong inhibition in the well section. The real drilling cases show the drilling fluid largely extends the time and section using the drilling fluid without solid phase. And the density of the drilling fluid with low solid phase is controlled effectively. So the contradiction between the stability of bore walls and the density of drilling fluids is solved well, and the penetration rate is improved obviously.
