聚乳酸棉混纺纱混纺比对纱线强伸性能的影响

摘    要:为了分析聚乳酸纤维与棉混纺纱,混纺比对成纱强伸性能的影响,将聚乳酸和棉纤维以不同混纺比混纺成纱,并对其成纱分别进行了拉伸性能试验分析.结果表明:当聚乳酸纤维含量为50%左右时,成纱断裂强力最低,当聚乳酸纤维为50%~65%时,聚乳酸纤维对成纱断裂强力的影响滞后于其对成纱伸长率的影响.纺纱生产时聚乳酸纤维含量应避免50%~65%的比例.

Abstract:To analyze the influences on yarn tensile property of polylactic acid cotton blending yarn blending ratio,blending yarn of different ratio was spun,tensile property test of yarn was done.The test shows that polylactic acid contents is about 50%,yarn breaking strength is the lowest,when polylactic acid contents is 50%~65%,the influences on yarn breaking strength is later than that on yarn elongation.50%~65% is the suitable ratio for polylactic acid fiber in spinning production.
