摘    要:实验研究了锌精矿在H2SO4-HNO3 体系中浸出过程。考察了浸出温度、液 固比、四氯乙烯的加入对锌浸出的影响。通过扫描电镜分析比较了浸出前矿粒、普通浸出矿渣和加入四氯乙烯后浸出矿渣的表面形貌。结果表明, 在85 ℃, 氧气压力为0.1 MPa ,H2SO4 浓度为2.0 mol L, HNO3 浓度为0 .2 mol/L, 液 固比为10∶1 条件下, 在200 mL 浸出液中加入10 mL 四氯乙烯萃取硫磺的同时,锌的浸出率在3 h 内达到99.6%, 与普通浸出相比, 浸出时间缩短了50%。可见, 加入四氯乙烯显著地提高了浸出速率。

Abstract:The leaching of sphalerite concentrate in H2SO4-HNO3  was investigated .The effects of leaching temperature , liquid solid ratio and addition of tetrachloroethylene on the leaching of zinc were studied .By JEM -6700F Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope an analysis was made on the appearances of the sphalerite particles before leaching , the residues of common leaching and the residues of leaching with addition of tetrachloroethylene .The results indicate that the leaching rate of zinc reaches to 99 .6% after 3 h leaching at 85 ℃, under 0 .1 MPa O2 , in a 200 mL leach liquor containing 2 .0 mol/L H2SO4 and 0 .2 mol/L HNO3 with 10∶1 liquid solid ratio when 10mL tetrachloroethylene was added into the liquor for sulphur leaching .The leaching time of zinc is 50% shorter than the common leaching without tetrachloroethylene .Obviously , the addition of tetrachloroethylene greatly increases the leaching rate of zinc.
