| 摘 要： | 阐述了以硫酸和尿素为原料合成亚胺磺酸钠的过程，并阐明了硫酸和尿素的配比、搅拌时间和速度以及反应温度等关键因素对反应的影响，并给出最佳反应条件。合成产品经过傅立叶红外光谱的定性鉴定，与标准图谱数据一致。给出了产品的技术指标和产品含量的测定方法。初步探讨了亚胺磺酸钠作为一种洗涤助剂的应用，在洗涤用品中取代三聚磷酸钠，效果良好。

| Abstract: | As builder for detergent,trisodium imidoisulfonate(TSIS) which has excellent physicochemical properties,was prepared by sulfuric acid and urea.The material ratio,speed and time of mixture,temperature for reaction were investigated.The optimal reaction conditions of synthesis have been studied.The product was characterized by FTIR.The method of determination of the content of TSIS was given.Its application as builder for detergent has been studied preliminarily. |
