摘    要:软件文档的编制是软件工程中的重要环节。本文描述了一个为软件工程实践教学平台所设计的文档工具SEEP-Doc,它采用了可扩展置标语言XML和Microsoft Word字处理工具,保证了文档开发的正确性和完备性,并做到了式样与内容的分离。Schema架构既保证了软件文档遵循相应的文档规范,又确保了可移植性和可扩充性,使用户可以动态加载或重新定义文档的结构而无须改动文档系统。VBA格式转换工具使XML文档可以按一致的:方式得以显现和打印。

Abstract:Documentation is an important part of software engineering. A documentation tool called SEEP-Doc designed for a software engineering education platform is introduced in this paper. It applied Extensible Markup Language XML and widely used Microsoft Word 2003 to obtain the correctness and completeness of the document, as well as separating content from appearance. XML Schema has in one hand ensured that the documents produced are conformed to the standards, on the other hand achieved the interoperability and extensibility, i.e., the user can dynamically load a new Schema or redefine an existing one without any change of the system. The document converter programmed in VBA makes it possible to browse and print the document in a consist manner.
