摘    要:设计了一种具有成本控制的微分模型,分析了成本、人员数、任务量等因素;在此基础上提出了一种部队执勤的评估方法;建立了模型的综合评价指标;分析研究了模型参数对评估指标的影响规律;给出了一个评估实例,分析表明评估方法实用、有效。

Abstract:The paper designs the model with differential equation and analyses the factors such as the cost, the number of people and the quantity of task .On this basis, the authors proposed the method evaluating effectiveness on duty in army. Under considering cost control, quantity of task and total number of person on duty, the evaluation index (F) was supplied. Also, the law relating to F affected by model parameters has been studied. Finally, the testing results for the model have been carried out to illustrate feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
