| 摘 要： | 根据喷嘴在二次冷却区的作用，分析了喷嘴的冷、热态特性、喷嘴布置以及冷却水控制等因素对铸坯冷却效果的影响，同时介绍喷嘴在连铸机上使用现状和高效连铸机对二冷技术的新要求。

| Abstract: | According to the effcet of nozzle on secondary cooling zone,the effects of characteristics of cold and hot nozzles,nozzle arrangement and cooling water control on cast slab cooling process have been analyzed in this paper. And current application conditions of nozzles used in continuous casting machine and the requirements for secondary cooling process have been also introduced herein. |
