摘    要:本文以深圳地区28栋既有综合办公类高层建筑中的空调冷水机组为对象,对其性能系数COP.进行了调查和统计,并参照<公共建筑节能设计标准>(GB 50189-2005)和<冷水机组能效限定值及能源效率等级>(GB 19577-2004),分析了其设计能效和节能潜力.在这些既有的空调系统中,有多于20%的冷水机组需在目前或近期内淘汰,其余大部分的能效水平也有待提高;10多年前建成的空调系统的部分能耗指标现已偏高,需对冷源部分进行节能改造,或在综合考虑的前提下更换新的冷机.

Abstract:In this paper,the coefficient of performance for refrigeration(COP_e) of air-conditioning water chillers in 28 existing high-rise complex office buildings in Shenzhen was investigated and studied.According to Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings(GB 50189-2005) and The Minimum Allowable Values of the Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Water Chillers(GB 19577-2004),their design energy efficiency and energy-saving potential were analyzed.It was concluded that more than 20% ...
