基于USB总线的高速磁悬浮轴承电机系统设计研究

摘    要:针对高速磁悬浮轴承电机系统中需实时监控的问题,要求高速采集轴承位置数据。利用USB总线的高速可靠、即插即用的特点和STC系列单片机ISP/IAP设计方法,设计了基于STC89C52和PD IUSBD12的高速数据采集系统,并充分利用PC数据运算速度快的优点,通过采集的数据很好的监控了轴承的位置。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem about the real-time inspection and control of the bearing's position in high-speed magnetic bearing,the position data about bearing should be collected in high speed;so the conventional data-acquired system based on RS232 can not meet this demand,we make use of the characteristic of high speed,reliability,PnP of USB bus and the ISP/IAP design method of STC MCU to design this data-acquired system based on STC89C52 and PDIUSBD12,and combining the high operation speed of PC,the position of bearing is well inspected and controlled by means of acquired data using this system.
