| 摘 要： | 当今社会,创新已成为经济发展的主流,建设创新型国家是社会进步和发展的必然趋势,培养创新型人才更是我国教育的重点。本文从分析高校教育人才培养模式的现状出发,提出高校人才培养模式的改革应从树立创新教育观、培养学生的实践动手能力、推动教育创新、提高教学质量等方面入手,对我国高校创新型人才培养提出几点建设性意见。

| Abstract: | In modern society,innovation has become the mainstream of economic development.To build an innovation-oriented country is the inevitable trend of the social progress and development,while the cultivation of innovative talents is the focus of education in China.The paper analyzes the status quo of the talents training model in university education and puts forward several constructive ideas on the training of innovative personnel,such as,fostering the innovative education concept,educating students' practical ability,prompting the education reform,and improving teaching quality. |
