摘    要:用DSC方法研究了具有反应活性的有机蒙脱土与聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)原位聚合和熔融共混后的两种插层复合材料的等温结晶行为。结果表明,有机蒙脱土起异机成核作用,使PET的结晶过程更加复杂,对聚合样由于有机处理剂参与PET链的反应,特殊的结构有利于成核过程,但对总的结晶速率有一定影响,结晶速率的提高程度依赖于有机蒙脱土的添加量;有机蒙脱土使共混样品的结晶速率大大加快。

Abstract:The kinetics of isothermal crystallization of PET/montmorillonite nanocomposites with different content of montmorillonite prepared by polymerization and melt intercalation process has been investigated by DSC. It is shown that montmorillonite acts as the nucleating agent in PET crystallization processes, and complicates the processes. The org-modified agent take part in polycondensation of PET in polymerization process, and special structure is propitious to nucleation but prohibits the growth of PET crystallite. The crystallization rate depends on amount of montmorillonite for both kinds of samples. The montmorillonite has more influence on the nucleation and crystallization rate of melt intercalation samples than polymerization samples.
