| 摘 要： | 乌鲁瓦提水库是国家“九五”重点工程，承担着和田河灌区供水和电力保障，以及为塔里木河干流输水维持整个流域生态安全的任务。回顾了2003年投入运行情况，总结了供水和发电效益，进一步分析了2007年向塔河输水显著减少的可能原因，并提出了兼顾防洪与生态效益的几项建议。

| Abstract: | he Wuluwati Reservoir is a key hydraulic project for national Ninth-Five Year Plan, which be charged with water diversion to the main stream of the Tarim River in order to maintain the ecological safety of the whole basin, as well as irrigation water supply and power guarantee for Hotan Prefecture. The operation performance of the project since 2003 was reviewed, the water supply and power generation benefits were summarized, the problem of water diversion quantity decrease in 2007 was pointed out and the causation of which were analyzed. Based on above analysis, some suggestions for operation were put forward. |
