摘    要:河南心连心化肥有限公司建设的24-6-40大型合成氨、联醇、尿素装置,完全采用中国技术,其中联醇、净化精制采用低压醇烃化和低压氨合成技术。介绍了该装置的设计思想、工艺流程、主要设备配置以及生产运行情况,结果表明,合成氨原料气中CO和CO2的醇烃化在4.0~9.0 MPa压力下进行,氨合成压力≤17MPa,日产合成氨860 t,最高达921 t/d,达到并超过设计能力。

Abstract:The 24 -6 -40 large-scale ammonia synthesis/combinative methanol/urea plants constructed by Henan Heart to Heart Chemical Fertilizer Company Ltd. fully adopt the Chinese Technology in which comDinative methanol, purification and refining purification adopt low pressure methanol hydro-carbonization and low pressure ammonia synthesis technologies. Author has introduced the design idea, process flow, main equipment layout and production running situation for these plants, the result indicates that hydro-carbonization of CO and CO2 gas contained in raw gas of ammonia synthesis can be made under pressure of 4.0 - 9.0 MPa, ammonia synthesis pressure is ≤ 17 MPa, ammonia synthesis production is 860 t, maximum up to 921 t/d, it reaches to and exceeds the design capacity.
