| 摘 要： | 研究了采用数字图像处理技术对直齿圆柱齿轮几何尺寸进行非接触式测量。提出了基于傅立叶分析的直齿圆柱齿轮参数测量方法。实验证明：傅立叶分析对于直齿圆柱齿轮的快速、自动测量非常有效。

| Abstract: | Non - contact measuring method for spur gear based on Fourier analysis will be used to characterize the shape and size digital image processing is studied. In this study, characteristics of the spur gear. By testing, the Fourier analysis can be used for fast and automatic measurement of the spur gear. |
