| 摘 要： | 新修订的<中华人民共和国消防法>对建设工程消防设计审核与验收提出新的要求.阐述了<消防法>对建设工程"审"与"验"的新要求、新变化,结合实践分析了当前建设工程"审"、"验"过程中存在的问题,就改进建设工程"审"、"验"工作提出了对策,创新地提出了实行联审联批制度的思路.

| Abstract: | There are new requirements in Fire Control Law of the People's Republic of China about examination and accep-tance of fire protection design of building project.The new re-quirements were expatiated and the problems in examinationand acceptance were analyzed based on the practical work.The measures to promote the examination and acceptance of building project were put forward and the idea of unite examination and unite acceptance were put forward creatively. |
